Did you even know about this thing:

It was Pietragalla’s first big move – she added a cute boyfriend. No, no, I mean she added Julien Derouault’s idea of martial arts and street dancing into her choreography. Then they got married, his name got added to the company name and I have had to look away because it just never works out when a woman marries a guy 17 years her junior or whatever. Last photo i saw, she looked like his mom.

But he brought a lot to the table. Like ffs look at this photo from the show:

There were a lot of missteps in this production but multi media was new to a lot of dance companies etc and as was the case when I learned photoshop, they were heavy handed with the graphics. And then at the end there was this nonsensical pas de deux that seemed to say “hey, we’re dating” . It really didn’t seem to do anything but that. But I get it. They were both hot, he was and up and comer she was a brilliant bitch who doesn’t come to the US EVER and well well.

Also, aside from the usual Armand Amar the production featured The Prodigy and the Chemical Brothers. And whatever, it was financed by Pierre Cardin for the fucking Beijing Olympics so maybe Pietragalla wanted to bury this things, good night.
